So take a few minutes to explore what's here, and then choose a topic of interest.
Tip: Make sure you actually DO the suggested exercises to realize the greatest benefit.
To make this easier, you may print out pages and fill them out to keep for future reference. When you're working on a particular topic, feel free to add or change any items that are unique to your particular case. For example, you might need to add another category or two to the Time Budget Worksheet.
